Thank you for shopping at Avichome Garage Tools. Below are the terms and conditions that apply to all orders.
Order processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $49 (United States).
- Orders under $49: shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
- Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days after the order has shipped.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays or customs processing.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Multiple packages
Orders containing several items may ship in separate packages from different warehouses. Each package will have its own tracking number.
Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Lost, stolen or damaged packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will help resolve the issue.
